Imperial California Olive Mill is located in our desert orchards in the pleasant Mediterranean climate of Southern California. Our hot summers, mild temperate winters, volcanic, fertile soils offer growing conditions that help us produce our award winning olive oil. Imperial California Olive Mill has a variety of Mission, Tuscan, and Spanish trees on thousands of acres, among our orchards of citrus, figs, and pomegranates. Our most popular oil blend has a grassy aroma with a buttery taste and slight peppery finish. We are proud to have generations of farming knowledge and experience to help produce a fresh, tasteful, and mostly hand-picked olive in our environmentally friendly and sustainable orchards.



OLIVE VARIETIES

ARBEQUINA - Overwhelming scent of freshly cut grass. This olive oil is rich and buttery in texture with a hint of pepper in the finish.

ARBOSANA - More robust than Arbequina olive and is more peppery and pungent. This olive oil is fruity with nutty tones. (High levels of polyphenols reducing heart disease.)

KORONEIKI - This olive packs a deliciously robust flavor, and finishes with a pleasant, peppery zing in the throat.
