Coast Imperial Partners is a unique contiguous set of three sections of land or nearly 2000 acres in the Northeastern portion of the Imperial Valley of Southern California. It is close to State Highway 115 to the West with a supply of Imperial Irrigation water from the East. The land enjoys an especially warm Mediterranean climate.
